I am an Organizational Psychologist whose quest is to help people find fulfillment in their work.

My drive is in designing and delivering data-driven and science-based people programs that help organizations make an everyday impact on people's work experience.

 

I do my best work in positions in Employee Experience, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.

Brazilian born and raised, I moved to the US in 2018 to pursue a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at San Francisco State University.

Since then, I've been dedicating my time to apply work psychology to practical solutions for the workforce.

Research & Data Analysis.

My time at SFSU's Industrial-Organizational Psychology Masters Program has trained me as a workplace researcher to apply work psychology theories and concepts to actionable and practical solutions for the workforce.

Program Management.

On-the-job experience by leading or collaborating on small to large projects within diverse fields of HR through 10 years of experience (7y in HR and 3y in OD), both as a team leader and as an individual contributor.

Extensive experience in HR functions.

I've been working in HR since my freshman year in college back in Brazil, starting as an intern and rapidly attaining positions as HR Coordinator, Supervisor, and Manager. Since transitioning careers to Organizational Psychology and moving to the US, I've worked in OD positions as an IC.

Learning & Visual Design.

I'm a big fan of incorporating technology and instructional design into people programs. With technology, I deliver a fluid and optimized learning experience. With instructional design, I appeal to audiences with thoughtful visual content to communicate a clear and engaging message.
