BIO.
Hi! My name is Aline Mello and I'm an Organizational Psychologist in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Back in 2018, I decided to change careers (and countries) to follow a desire to help people grow and succeed at their jobs. Since then, I've been fascinated not only by how people behave at work but also by how people have been turning to their jobs (and to their organizations) to find a sense of meaning and fulfillment that seems to be lacking in modern life.

When it comes to my work, I believe that transformations at an organizational level first start with individuals. People can make or break a company and it all depends on what they see, what they believe in, and how they behave. We are on track to see even more transformative changes to the workforce and workplace cultures, and I aim to be front and center in helping organizations navigate and adapt to those changes.
Besides geeking out about the psychology of work and human behavior, I'm also passionate about personal development, in all aspects. My most recent soul work has been to find a strong and healing community within womens' circles. I also try to give back to my community by volunteering at two non-profits advising on all things HR.
At home, I'm a happy plant-mom (more of an obsession, really!), and like any good plant-parent, I have no favs (except for the Zebra, Umbrella Tree, and my two pothos, but shhh). When I'm not studying or playing board games with my hubby, I love reading, dancing, and being in nature.
